WHO IS JESSICA WHITE?
I am a Certified Child and Infant Sleep Consultant and a Certified Integrative Adult Sleep Coach based in Collingwood, Ontario.
I am also a Certified Teacher with over 15 years experience, an entrepreneur and a mother of three. I’m very familiar with the unique sleep challenges that can present themselves in both family and professional life.
WHAT I DO
I have helped numerous families worldwide make positive, lasting sleep changes. The simple truth is, there is no one right way to make sleep changes. The most efficient way to make sustainable lifestyle changes requires an honest look at life as it is, viewing it through a lens of knowledge and experience, then coming up with a very personalized plan of attack. From there, practice (you) and accountability (me) will solidify the changes until they become the new normal.
Every individual is different, every family has different priorities and beliefs, and ultimately making changes is hard work! Having a professional set of eyes on the situation as well as continuous and non-judgmental support when implementing changes, is the key to keeping on track and achieving your sleep goals.
My method is simple: I listen to your story, identify the issues that are keeping you from feeling rested and develop a plan. Then I help keep you accountable until your healthy sleep habits become truly habitual.
I have been trained to look at a sleep issues holistically, and to take an integrative approach in preparing your personalized sleep plan. This means learning about your individual lifestyle and challenges.
I will use my education and experience to come up with an actionable plan that addresses the sleep issues and fits your unique lifestyle.
