Studies have shown that chronic sleep deprivation in adults has been tied to an increased risk of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, and depression. And for babies and children, sleep is vital for development, growth and behaviour.
My goal as an Integrative Adult Sleep Coach and a Certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant is to help my clients sleep better. This means learning how to be successful in making small, incremental changes that work toward improving their overall quality of sleep.
I work to educate, support and motivate my clients by providing easy to implement lifestyle, environmental, emotional or behavioural adjustments, that can make positive changes in their quality of sleep. This means looking at the whole picture and really examining the wheel of health in relation to one’s sleep issues.
