I am Jessica White, a Certified Child and Infant Sleep Consultant and a Certified Integrative Adult Sleep Coach based in Collingwood, Ontario. I help people all across Canada, but know from experience that I can do just a little bit more for those clients who I can meet face-to-face.

Studies have shown that chronic sleep deprivation in adults has been tied to an increased risk of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, and depression.  And for babies and children, sleep is vital for development, growth and strong immune systems. Children who get their recommended sleep hours are better able to focus in school and are more successful at managing their emotions.

My goal as an Integrative Adult Sleep Coach and a Certified Child and Infant Sleep Consultant is to help my clients sleep better.  This means identifying the factors that are causing the sleep issues and then learning how to be successful in making small, incremental changes that work toward improving their overall quality of sleep. 

I work to educate, support and motivate my clients by providing easy to implement lifestyle, environmental, emotional or behavioural adjustments, that can make positive changes in their quality of sleep.  This means looking at the whole picture and really examining the wheel of health in relation to one’s sleep issues.
