CBT- INSOMNIA - $550

This is for anyone who suffers from insomnia; including difficulties with falling asleep or staying asleep.

  • Preliminary Phone Call

  • Analysis of Questionnaire/Sleep Log

  • Initial 90 minute Consultation

  • Completion/Analysis of Sleep Diary

  • Individualized Program with Weekly Action Steps

  • 5 x 30 Minute Follow Up Sessions (to be used within 2 months of Start of Program)

 

one month standard package - $500

  • Preliminary Phone Call

  • Analysis of Questionnaire/Sleep Log

  • Initial 90 Minute Consultation

  • Individualized Sleep Program with Weekly Action Steps

  • 3 x 30 Minute Follow Up Sessions (to be used within the month)

  • Daily Check-In Support via the Accountability Sleep Tracker

 

Individual CONSULTATIONS

Consultations are available for specific questions or general advice about sleep. Clients are required to fill out questionnaire beforehand and will receive a summary of the appointment via email.

  • Mini Consultation 45 min - $125

  • Full Consultation 1.5 hours - $175

  • Couples Initial Consultation 1.5 hours - $175

  • 30 minute Follow Up Consultation - $70

ADD ONs

  • Sleep Plan - $125

  • Daily Check-In Support - $115 (to be used within one month of initial consultation)

  • In House Visit - $70 (extra fees for travel outside 30 km radius of Collingwood)

Payment must be received by cash, cheque or e-transfer before the commencement of services.
